... Summary

It premiered in 2010 and ended 2011 ...

entry Happy New Year !!!...

Time flies ... and as the night last night sure was long for many ... at least for me, I leave the "posters" feature, upload to the blog, in a timely manner, my Post today, in order not to miss my appointment on Saturday ... later, after recovering from the "ravages nocheviejeros", "Post Surprise" with graphic evidence ...
And what better topic to start the year that antioxidants "drivers" of these harmful free radicals ... here it is, to get going on.

What are antioxidants?
are some substances found in certain foods that protect against free radicals that cause aging processes and some other diseases.

What are free radicals?
molecules are "unbalanced" with atoms having an electron with a great capacity to mate, so they are very reactive. These radicals roam our body trying to capture an electron from the stable molecules in order to achieve stability and electrochemical potential chain reactions that will be destructive of our cells.
Antioxidants and free radicals.
Antioxidants retard the aging process by combating the degeneration and death of cells caused by free radicals. The inability of our body to neutralize free radicals we are exposed every day requires us to use foods with antioxidant properties capable of neutralizing them.
Antioxidants and cancer.
Many studies emphasize carry adequate diets with foods that are active allies against cancer. These diets are based on enzymes and substances antioxidants in certain foods that are rich in components that collect in the two images ... the top and bottom. The mechanisms are diverse, ranging from inhibition to an active reaction of the immune system in general.

an aside ... very important ...
began the year within the limits acceptable and permissible, although it notes the "treacherous hands" of the excesses Christmas ... my weight, today is of 72.4 kilotes, reflecting block on the top ... we have around 2011 to return to "Level" ... although probably resolve in a few weeks. At least, we will try.
